“Fun little hidden gem in Caddo Mills with great food trucks and a family atmosphere!”
“Plenty of parking & a wonderful atmosphere for a gathering to enjoy your food.”
“This park has a wide range of food options and lots of space to sit and park.”
The park shares its lot with Dynamite Fireworks Superstore, and every fall a Halloween store moves into the retail space. So three times a year the whole property fills with shoppers. That's on top of the everyday I-30 traffic.
The superstore runs 9 AM to midnight through the Fourth. Fireworks shoppers show up hungry.
A Halloween store takes over the retail space and brings shoppers through all September and October.
Fireworks sales pick back up for New Year's Eve. Cars on the lot in the slowest month most trucks have.
Four spots open, month to month, one flat rate. Nobody meters your power or tacks on utility bills, and the number below is the whole cost.
Lower rates available on longer commitments, worked out with Steve by phone. Full lease terms & FAQ →

Patio heaters, big fans and a real roof. Customers keep coming in January.
We won't park a competitor next to you. If you run birria, nobody else on the lot runs birria.
Fireworks season, Halloween and New Year's each pull a fresh crowd onto this exact lot.
