The deal

One number, nothing hiding behind it

Late June – July 5

Fireworks season

The superstore runs 9 AM to midnight through the Fourth. Fireworks shoppers show up hungry.

September – October

Halloween season

A Halloween store takes over the retail space and brings shoppers through all September and October.

December – January 1

New Year's

Fireworks sales pick back up for New Year's Eve. Cars on the lot in the slowest month most trucks have.

Lease FAQ

How much does a space cost?

$1,000 a month, and that is the whole number. Electric, water and trash are included. Nothing is metered, and no charges get tacked on later.

What are the lease terms?

Month to month, with a 30-day cancellation notice. No long-term lease required.

Can I get a lower rate?

Yes, on a longer commitment. Steve works those out case by case, on the phone. Call (972) 977-5193 and talk numbers.

Is the power really unlimited?

There is no meter on your pad and no amp cap. Run the flat-top, the fryers and the AC at the same time, and the rate stays $1,000.

Will you park a competitor next to me?

No. One cuisine per truck. If you sell birria, nobody else on the lot sells birria.

What happens in winter?

The pavilion is covered and heated with propane patio heaters, so customers keep showing up in January. Fireworks season also runs through New Year's Eve, which puts shoppers on the lot in the months most trucks dread.

What about a website for my truck?

Included. Every truck on the lot gets its own site at yourtruck.dynamitefoodpark.com, built for you, with your menu and hours. Aurelia's has one live right now.

How do I claim a pad?

Call Steve at (972) 977-5193, then come walk the lot at 5159 I-30, Caddo Mills, TX 75135, Exit 83 off I-30. Deposit and setup details get sorted on that call.
